I build systems for ambitious lives.
CMO. Executive coach. Builder. Mother of two. I design the invisible architecture that lets high-capacity people do it all without losing themselves.
Ambition and motherhood don't compete; they fuel each other. Systems turn chaos into clarity and intention into a way of life. Everything I build starts with one belief: a great life can be designed.
A builder at heart.
I started my career as an engineer and management consultant, trained to see systems everywhere, break down complexity, and build things that actually work. That instinct never left me. It just found bigger problems to solve.
Over two decades, I've led marketing transformations at some of the world's most influential companies: building global organizations of hundreds, launching products adopted by millions, leading AI transformations that changed how entire companies operate.
Along the way, I became a certified executive coach, a board member, an advisor to founders, and a mother of two. Not sequentially; simultaneously. Because the same systems thinking that builds great companies can build a great life.
